Who is behind njX Apps?
An independent developer with nine iOS apps and eight Shopify storefront themes shipped. Small team, fast fixes, support answered by the people who wrote the code.
Do you store my customers’ data?
No. Order data is processed in transit only: received from Shopify, formatted into a message and delivered. We keep your store domain, your settings, the chats you connected and delivery logs without customer fields. See each app’s privacy policy for the exact list.
How is billing handled?
Through Shopify’s own billing. Plans show up on your regular Shopify invoice; you upgrade, downgrade or cancel from the Shopify admin without contacting us.
Can I ask for a feature?
Please do — every app has a contact form inside the Shopify admin and on this site. Most of what we build comes from merchant requests.
