Common questions
- Alerts stopped arriving: open the app in your Shopify admin — a recipient marked “Disconnected” means the bot was blocked or removed from the group. Add it again with one button.
- Add a teammate or a group: in the app, “Add recipient” → choose “To a teammate” (copy the invite link) or “To my team’s group” (Telegram asks which group).
- Change the language: the language selector in the preview block sets the language of all alerts and bot replies.
- Upgrade or cancel: “Manage plan” in the app opens Shopify’s plan page; billing is on your Shopify invoice.
- Stop alerts in a chat: remove the recipient in the app, or type
/unlinkin that chat.
